"I canceled my subscription, but they still..."
I canceled my subscription, but they still charged me afterward. that feels wrong. If a customer takes the time to cancel, the company should respect that instead of continuing to take their money.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from rocksound.tv and the shipping took way too long. Like, way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates, but the tracking info barely told me anything, so I was just sitting there wondering where my order was.
It did eventually show up, but the waiting was really frustrating. The wait was annoying, the lack of updates was annoying, and the whole thing just felt slower than it needed to be. Maybe it was bad timing, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly

"Billing should be a bit more straightforward"
Rock Sound is fine overall, but I do wish the billing details were clearer. I had to go back and check a couple of times just to understand exactly what I was being charged for. It’s not a huge deal, but as a basic courtesy to customers, that kind of info should be easy to find and understand.

"Kind of confirmed what I expected about preorder updates"
I preordered from rocksound.tv the updates were just okay. I already had a feeling the communication might be a bit slow with preorders, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. They did eventually reply, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I definitely had to wait longer than I expected.

I went in hoping to grab a few specific things, but they were out of most of it. The shelves just felt kind of picked over, and I didn’t end up getting much. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it was a little frustrating because I had already made the trip.

"Support came through in the end"
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the support team was friendly and did eventually get my access issue fixed. That said, it took longer than I would’ve liked, and the back-and-forth was a bit frustrating at times. Still, everything is working now, so overall it turned out okay.

I just wanted to cancel, but it ended up taking way too many clicks. The whole process felt annoying, and it wasn’t always clear what I was supposed to do next. I kept wondering if I was actually canceling or just being sent to another page.

I ordered a Rock Sound magazine and, to be honest, I got a little nervous after paying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But it turned up fine and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. The pages feel nice, the colours are sharp, and the cover looks really clean. It arrived in good condition too, with no bent corners or damage. Overall, straightforward and I’m happy with it.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt, and both feel really nice, not that cheap flimsy material. The print still looks good after washing too. I was worried I’d need to baby it in the laundry, but that was unnecessary. Happy with the purchase overall.

I tried using Rock Sound a few times, but the pages take forever to load 😩 Videos and articles just sit there hanging, and after waiting around I got bored and closed the site. It’s frustrating to use.

I mean, I found what I needed quickly, so that was nice. The site is easy enough to use overall, but some of the menus feel a little messy at times.

I gave it a try for a little while, but most of the videos felt thin and kind of rushed (like they were just trying to get something posted). There wasn’t much depth, and a few things seemed a bit outdated too. I was expecting better content overall, so it was a letdown

rocksound.tv has a welcoming vibe, and I’ve had people actually reply when I post, which I appreciate. That said, it can feel kind of slow sometimes, like it’s mostly the same few people keeping things going. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did expect a bit more activity and better conversations around new music. Overall it’s decent, just feels like it could be a lot more lively.

I ran into a small issue with my account on rocksound.tv, so I reached out to support. i wasn’t expecting a reply that quickly, but they got back to me the same day.
The person who helped me was polite and kept things straightforward, which I appreciated. I did have to explain the issue one more time, but after that, they were able to sort it out without much hassle.
Overall, it was a good support experience. Not exactly instant, so I’d give it 4 stars, but it was handled well and didn’t turn into a big headache.

Not gonna lie, using the mobile site was frustrating. It loaded really slowly on my phone, and the video kept freezing, which made the whole experience kind of annoying.
